I got very extremely high and I cut open a hole in my foot and started inserting items into the hole while feeling no pain. I inserted all kinds of items like pens and a hot glue gun and random stuff I found and nothing hurt. I walked on my foot and it became swollen and infected and extremely painful and I could feel all of the pain. The worst pain I've ever felt in my life. I asked for help from everyone I know and no one would help me. I asked my family and friends, except for my best friend who was not present in this dream. I asked random people. I was screaming and crying and crawling and my foot had become huge, swollen, red and leaking puss and just absolutely disgusting and I fell to the ground screaming in pain after asking everyone for help and I thought I was going to die and I started to push the items out forcibly. I just pushed and they all slowly pierced out of my skin. It was disgusting and painful and I was lying on a sidewalk just sobbing and pushing while people looked on in disgust. The items were disgusting and covered in blood and my foot was horrifying and just a disgusting bloody mess and then I got up and walked away. I just hobbled on this stump. As I was walking it began to heal but I only took a few steps and I woke up completely clenched in a ball, still crying when I woke up in real life.
